Carlos hosts Hablemos de Real Estate, a Spanish-language real estate podcast distributed on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and iHeart. He spent a decade on Spanish-language radio in the New York tri-state market and a decade with a law practice serving Hispanic families.

He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, which sits inside the Grey Oaks market thesis rather than outside it. He supports capital formation and investor relationships.
